Baby Melissa

Mommy and baby Melissa or as Nathan has nicknamed her "lissa." 37 or 38 weeks, depending on which due date you want to go by. I've been having Braxton Hicks since 25 weeks, baby dropped into my hips 2 weeks ago and I'm currently dilated to 2 cm. My doctor is not overly concerned about my platelets, my blood pressure and proteins have been good. Since Nate was born in just 20 minutes after getting to the hospital she said I have a choice to be induced or just go into labor myself. Since being induced with Robby led to a lot of complications and Nate was so quick I'm wanting to go into labor myself!.

I had to include this picture of me and my boys, probably our last picture just us together. I love these boys so much!!

Robby has always loved babies, he did so great when Nate was born. He's so cute, he'll follow me around the house and when I notice I ask him what he needs and he says, I just want to feel and talk to Melissa. He tells her, "I'll protect you from Nathan, lissa." Nathan's excited too but I don't think he really understands and I think he'll have a hard adjustment, since he is still very baby himself.
