Idaho/Utah Trip

As Johnny had National Boards to study and take, the kids and I flew to Utah. So glad it was nonstop! They let Johnny help me to the gate. I had 2 kids, a car seat, a stroller, a diaper bag and two carry on bags! So proud of myself for not having to pay the expensive price for checked baggage! The entire trip Nathan wouldn't leave my side. Robby got comfortable at the end and even went to the store with Grandma Sherrie! I was worried before we left on vacation because it was Robby's first big trip while potty trained. He did awesome! Only 1 accident the entire 12 days! Here are a lot of pictures of stuff we did, not in any order Prinime Bride in Twin Falls Shoshone Falls were really big this year.

Robby liked TyAnne a lot!

6 of the 8 grand kids have birthdays in March. So we had a big birthday bash. We all went to Hop to It. Everyone had a lot of fun!

Making birthday treats!

I flew in the night of my college roommates reception, so I had to go...and I made her veil! It was so good to see her so happy!

We were able to stop in and see Johnny's brother Mark, his wife Spring and their two cute kids. Little Melody was such a sweetheart! She let me hold her and when Nathan was upset it made her upset. It was nice to see so many of our family. It was an exhausting trip!

My parents got a guest pass to help me to the gate. As it was time to board they announced "the airport is in lock down, we have had a security breach, no one is to get on or off planes and terminals have been locked!" What a way to announce it! My hearts freaking out that someones in there with a gun or something. Then I noticed the stewardess said, "oh, another one." So I wasn't so worried after that. But it delayed our flight 1 1/2 hours so we got into Indy really late. Everyone on the plane was saying it was a bomb threat but my Grandma saw on the news that someone ran through security. Who knows!

This was Robby.....before taking off!! It was a much better flight on the way home.

I thought Robby would be so excited to see dad, he was but he played it cool. He just walked up to him and said, "hey dad!" We got to our hotel at 11:30 pm and left for Nauvoo at 8 am. We were tired! We'll post about Nauvoo soon.

Looks like you had a lot of fun. That's awesome that you saw Emily! Glad the boys were good for you too. I think more adults get on my nerves on planes than kids :-)
