Back in Business

We're here! We have a new computer and a new camera cord, now we can post again! We hope we still have some loyal visitors. A lot has happened in the last few weeks so we'll probably be posting a lot. Lets start with Halloween! We had an awesome Halloween! The festivities started on Friday night we had a ward party. Johnny was a soda jerk, but everyone just thought he worked at Stake N' Shake, Jenette was a sock hopper, and Robby was Elvis. Jenette made his costume without a pattern. It had an eagle and gems on the back, he had a belt buckle with gems, a (non) sweaty scarf, blue suede (felt) shoe coverings and a microphone.
It was really hard to get him to stand still for a picture.

The back of his jumpsuit.

With our friends and neighbors Kurt and Heidi. Robby loves Heidi a lot! He always crys when she leaves our apartment.
This is a cake Jenette made for the ward party. Didn't turn out the way she wanted.
Robby and his friend Kelli, whom he likes to calls KiKi. He talks about her all the time. It's so cute!
Robby won first place for the Kids! He loved being up there. He was clapping and waving to everyone! He was sad when he had to sit down.
We obviously weren't letting Robby carve his pumpkin so we let him use markers on it. He had a lot of fun!
On Halloween we met together with some friends and had a little dinner and pinata for the kids. Robby liked hitting it but wasn't sure what to do when the candy came out.
We made it to the mall just in time for their costume contest. The judges instantly said that Elvis made it to the final round. These are the finalist in the picture they only did a first place and it was the baby on the right dressed as a giraffe. Robby really liked being on the stage. It was good for him since he's been a little shy lately.
After the mall we found a neighborhood that had a lot of kids trick-or-treating. We took Robby to a few houses. This was defiantly his favorite part because mommy had been practicing with him at home for a few weeks on how to trick-or-treat. Every time someone would open their door Robby would try to go in their house but he got so excited when they would give him candy. It's so much fun to see Robby growing and to see his excitement. He really makes life enjoyable!

Yeah, they do have good food, but we haven't seen a Cullvers in Indiana. Maybe that's a Illionis thing? You'll have to take us when we see you in July!
